Our client, a well recognised name based in Hamilton,  is currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant. Your main duties will include:

• Completing balance sheet reconciliations for various sites
• Preparing monthly accruals
• Completing SAP month end process
• Reviewing inter company balances

This is a fantastic training role for the right person with the right attitude. Your attention to detail, sound business and accounting accumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within the existing team will be the key to your success.

You will need to be either partly qualified working towards completing a relevant accounting qualification or qualified with relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

Strong excel skills will be essential.
