Our client is seeking a confident person with a bubbly personality to join a friendly team of administrators at a well known, respected creche in Hamilton !

We are not just looking for anyone,  we want that special person with those added skills of having an affinity with children, great with parents and also fabulous administration skills!

 

We are seeking a confident person with a bubbly personality to join a friendly team of administrators at one of Hamilton’s well known, well respected and well established crèches in Hamilton.

 

Working adjacent to the crèche in the administration offices you will be the smiling face people will first meet when they come through the door. You will be providing front line reception and administrative duties such as: providing assistance to parents, accurate and efficient data entry, handling money and processing eftpos transactions, banking, administering reports, organizing day to day relieving and liaising with staff.

 

This role requires you to be multi skilled, self managing with great communication skills.  Excellent Word and Excel skills will be a pre requisite for this role.  Hugely varied, busy and on the odd occasion you may be asked to work with the children in the centre.
