Our client is seeking a tenacious and energetic individual to join their team of successful Teleschedulers.  Right now, you will be seeking a stable part-time position, a fun, fast paced environment, and a dynamic, growing company where you will be rewarded for the efforts you put in!

So what exactly is Telescheduling????? Firstly, it is different from Telemarketing and Telesales. It involves making business to business phone calls, to set up sales appointments, for sales people. You will be speaking to a range of professionals, including General Managers, Directors, and CEO’s, however, this won’t phase you as you are a passionate and convincing communicator – these people will want to hear what you have to say!

 

To be a successful Telescheduler, it is essential that you enjoy being on the phone for most of your working day, and it is essential you have the following:  

 
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Clear speech and effective listening skills
  • Professional phone manner, attitude and personal presentation
  • Strong work ethics
  • Excellent computer and keyboard skills – MS Word and Excel knowledge
  • Be 100% reliable and committed to learning and growing within this role
  • Excellent customer Service
 

This is a target orientated position, so you will be expected to achieve these on a daily and weekly basis. Within this in mind, it is essential that you love the thrill of the chase, don’t easily give up and have a slight competitive streak in you!
