A self motivated Site Hygiene Manager is required for this Te Kuiti site.  The ability to work nights is essential - the hours are 12.30am - 6.00am

Our client is a leading international supplier of specialist outsourced cleaning services to the food manufacturing and processing industry, who are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager for their Te Kuiti operations. 

As management of the team you are responsible for driving continuous improvement, building strong customer relationships, ensuring Company policies are implemented, thus resulting in a safe and positive work environment, and the growth and success of the company. 

 Key accountabilities for the role are: 

• To attend regular production meetings [at least weekly]
• Manage site budget and provide regular feedback
• Maintain equipment lists and communicate any changes to clients
• Supervise the cleaning, conduct daily inspections
• Complete Handover and Inspection Forms and the required documentation as set out in the Site Administration Manual, by the due date
• Recruit, train and manage supervisors, team leaders and staff
• Distribute workload and assign responsibility for tasks
• Health and Safety
